Otis was once adopted from All Cats, but came back due to his owners leaving the country -- or so I understand. He surpasses Flash in weight, coming in at sixteen to seventeen pounds each week. He is quite playful, happy, and hungry. If he's not lounging in one of the lobby chairs, he is raiding either Sissy or Mac's food dish. Another favorite pastime of Otis' happens to be watching the fish in the All Cats aquarium.

Otis is happy and round, and loves watching the fish. He is the portly guy who's always having a great time with food and friends. He wants to know where the sushi chef is because he's been consecutively late to work everyday for the past several months, or so Otis seems to think. He can't wait for pick your own sushi day.
