Harley came to All Cats by way of a loss of his owner. He is one of the two in house diabetic cats and has a very bad dandruff problem. He enjoyed wearing his pirate costume for Halloween, and he will always hunt you down when it's time to eat. He has made a home for himself amongst the rest of the in house cats.

Because we have caught him fraternizing with some of the younger female cats on several occasions, I have dubbed Harley the dirty old man. Of course, this title also comes with the dandruff problem he has. Harley just loves to flirt with the younger women and will go to shameless lengths to do so. He died on January 11th, 2007.
